Mike Johanis & Paul Macdonald are going on an Ice fishing trip to one of the frozen northern lakes. They are geared for a what should be a relaxing trip into the beautiful snow covered wilderness; with all the right lures and Paul's new truck. However their small vacation -where Mike proves that he is the greater fisherman once and for all- is torn apart when a bizarre old man with Lovecraftian desires tries to bring about the apocalypse and become one of hell's ranking demons.
